Typically, there is one Theme Booster for each mana color, plus one that is set-specific—but the families ruling New Capenna are taking over: each of the five Theme Boosters is aligned with a faction.
When players find their favored family, you can encourage them to pick up Theme Boosters to construct the tri-color combination that will help their family get ahead.

The Obscura:
The Obscura Streets of New Capenna Theme Booster (White-Blue-Black) contains 35 cards, with a combination of 1–2 cards of rarity Rare or higher (2 in 10% of packs) and 33–34 Uncommon and/or Common cards.
